I am bilingual (Chinese and English) and I am a Christian.

I specialize in relationship issues including couple communication, divorce, blended families and family discord. I work with parents and their children, from age 10 and above. Working with individuals is an important piece in my work. I have worked with different kinds of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma and stresses related to life transitions.

I like to work from a system perspective, taking family context into consideration. I work integratively, incorporating approaches like Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy, narrative, cognitive behavioral, family of origin and solution focus. I work collaboratively, respectfully and gently. My objective is to provide holding for my clients to weather through the turmoils in their lives.
